Bio Lube solves the

3 main problems that cause

handpieces to need repair

Problem 1:

Turbine Failure

(A.K.A. Sluggish Handpiece Syndrome)

Problem 2:

Lack of Proper Lubrication

Problem 3:

Excessive Air Pressure

Problem 1:

Turbine Failure

(A.K.A. Sluggish Handpiece

Syndrome)

  1. Conventional lubricants and steam from the sterilizer do not mix, creating a slurry.

  2. This slurry of oil and water becomes a sticky residue during the sterilization drying cycle.

  3. During the dental procedure, protein, saliva, and debris are ingested, creating a thicker residue.

  4. In the autoclaves drying cycle, the residue is baked onto the turbine surfaces.

  5. Repeated cycles over time create a thicker residue, causing the handpiece to become sluggish, too slow to cut, percieved to be broken, and the handpieces are sent for repair.

of these handpieces can be returned to service using Bio Lube's Advanced Handpiece Cleaner, saving chair time and repair money!

After the metal surfaces are stripped clean from the thorough cleaning, Bio Lube Lubricant will bond to the metal, ceramic surfaces, and gasket and cage materials with each application, eliminating

90%

of friction and wear

Problem 2:

Lack of Lubrication

Problem: Traditional oils do not have a strong bond with the handpiece surfaces, and are expelled when the handpiece runs at high speeds.

Solution: Bio Lube creates a polymer bond on the molecular level that is scientifically engineered to withstand extreme pressures.

Problem 3:

Excessive Air Pressure

Problem: The handpiece is becoming sluggish, so the user turns the air pressure beyond the manufacturer's recommended level in order to increase performance. The increased air pressure wears the parts down quicker

A food-grade lubricant that creates bonds on the molecular level strong enough to repel contaminants and withstand excessive temperatures and the extreme pressures exerted at high speeds. The simple 2-step process of cleaning and lubricating with Bio Lube's Advanced products will add many months to the life of your handpiece turbine.

How It Works

On a Molecular Level

Bio Lube TLC Polymer reacts with free radicals on the metal surfaces, forming a true ultra-thin polymer.
The TLC polymer prevents metal to metal contact, drastically reducing friction and normal wear 80 to 90%.
