STEP 1, Daily Cleaning, Clean Image

Clean Crisp Film Every time.Eliminates Grainy Film.

• Process a new Clean Image Sheet as the first film of the day to remove artifacts that stick to rollers overnight.

• After each cleaning process a new Clean Image Sheet to remove any loosened debris.

• Replenish with Panopro Developer and Fixer.

Clear Image Radiographic Cleaner

STEP 2, Weekly Cleaning, Clear Image

Insures Quality X-Rays.

• Remove rollers and rinse well with warm water.

• Apply Clear Image to each roller or peri-type transport with the foaming applicator.

• Wait 2-3 minutes, scrub rollers with a green 3M Scotch-Brite pad and rinse well with warm water. For peri-type: use a stiff brush to clean the transport grooves.

• Return rollers or peri-type transport and replenish with Panopro Developer and Fixer.

• Process a new Clean Image
Sheet as the first film.

• Apply Clear Image monthly to fixer rollers, wash rack, and tanks.

Pro-32 Professional Strength Quarterly Cleaner

STEP 3, Monthly Cleaning, PRO-32

20-Min. Soak Evaporates Silver. No Odor, No Fumes, No Hazardous Shipping Fees.

• Rinse rollers and tanks with warm water.

• Prepare Pro-32 solution. Mix 3.5oz. per gallon of water in rubber tub or well-rinsed developer tank. Safety First: wear safety glasses, nitrile gloves, and long sleeves.

• Soak rollers or peri-type transports in Pro-32 solution for 20-45 minutes.

• Rinse and soak rollers or peri-type transports in fresh water for 10 minutes.

• Process a new Clean Image Sheet as the first film.
